This was my second stay at this beautiful property, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I truly believe this is the best riverside property in Manali — the views are simply breathtaking and the overall ambiance is unmatched. The entire staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. A special mention to Mr. Bhagat Ram from the kitchen, who is exceptionally kind and always ensures that meals are served with warmth and care. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Another big plus is the ample parking space, which is a great convenience in a place like Manali. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and memorable stay by the riverside!

This is my 4th visit in mastiff grand manali resort the staff is very cooperative and helpful the food was also amazing and delicious the food options are breakfast and dinner is to more the restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful few name are mention Mr B R Mr A K

Best hotel, best food, best view from the rooms and the best part of hotel is the staff like Mr. AK, Mr. B. Ram and MR. Rohit, Mr Vinod is the best person. The location is very beautiful the more option in breakfast and dinner and the food quality is also delicious thank you team mastiff.........

Overall great stay , good stay ..restaurant and the staff are exceptional , location is very ideal , we booked for 3 nights duplex for family of 4 , and it was very spacious and relaxing , if you are looking to spend some good quality time then this is the place, mr B ram mr A k were fantastic

Buffet is excellent with great tasting food. Fresh food on demand and excellent service and very helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location just few kilometres away from the centre of the city of Manali. Views from the hotel ***** with the top rooms are amazing with the River Beas and mountainous views all *****. Games room to play with family makes it a very enjoyable experience.
